Congratulations, Chang Ung Cup!

Congratulations to Mr Carmichael (I dan) and Mr McMillan (I dan) fro returning with medals from this major competition. I will publish pictures from this event just as soon as I have them ready.

Congratulations, Glenrothes Comp!

Despite only having three attendees at this years (small) Glenrothes competition, we performed well and returned with seven medals. Well done to Randall Egger, Fraser MacMillan and Bob Bennett who all returned with at least one gold medal each. Special mention should go to Miss Dewar, Mr Carmichael and Mr Eggar who also attended as judges and time-keepers. These events would not take place without such people volunteering their time. We would, of course, like to extend our thanks to Mr Linton for inviting us.

Perhaps we should also give a special mention to Fraser MacMillan's mum who is probably still trying to wash his blood out of his dobok.......sorry about that.

Thank You, Mr Mulligan!

Mr Stuart Mulligan attended one of our clubs on Friday, 29th February for a fantastic seminar on Close-Quarter Combatives. As with past seminars, it was very well received by all attending students. We look forward to more sessions with Mr Mulligan and would like to take this chance to thank him for giving us the benefit of his experience.
